01What is Ghinita Construction?
A construction and property services company founded by Ionut Ghinita, based in Brussels. We cover building, renovation, technical installations, landscaping and residential maintenance.
02Where do you work?
Belgium, France and the Netherlands, from our base in Brussels. Contact us about projects elsewhere too.
03What construction and renovation services do you offer?
House and villa construction, interior and exterior painting, thermal insulation, heating and general renovation.
04Do you install heating systems?
Yes. We install and maintain central heating for homes and apartment buildings.
05Why is insulation important, and do you provide it?
Good insulation improves comfort and can reduce energy demand. We install thermal insulation in new builds and renovations.
06Do you paint buildings and other surfaces?
Yes: facades, interiors, common areas and other surfaces, using materials suited to the surface and exposure.
07Have you worked outside Belgium?
Yes, including a villa built in France, featured on our project page.
08What building maintenance do you provide?
Common-area cleaning and upkeep, caretakers, lifts, central heating, mechanical ventilation, extinguishers and fire safety equipment, sewers and drain unblocking.
09What landscaping do you offer?
Gardens, BBQ areas and other residential outdoor spaces. No routine garden upkeep such as mowing or watering.
10Can you maintain technical installations?
Yes: heating, ventilation, lifts and fire safety equipment, with a scope agreed around the building.
11Do you handle drain and sewer problems?
Yes. Sewer cleaning and drain unblocking for blockages and preventive maintenance.
12Who are your services for?
Homeowners, landlords, owners’ associations, property investors and developers.
13How do I request a quote?
Send a description of your project, building and location through the form or contact@ghinitaconstruction.com. We assess your needs and prepare a detailed quote.
